Arshad Nadeem has set several PBR National Records:
- First Pakistani to throw the javelin 92.97 meters.
- First Pakistani to win an individual gold medal in javelin throw at the Olympics and set a new Olympic record.
- First Pakistani to win a silver medal in javelin throw at the World Athletics Championships.
- First Pakistani to qualify individually for the Olympics.
